All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change. We can accept no liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) if delivery takes place at any time other than the estimated.
Our site is intended for people who live in the United Kingdom. We do not currently ship outside mainland UK.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
Please also note that the shipping rates for a few items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
You can return any item within 30 days of receipt as long as it is unused and in its original packaging.
We will consider exchanging the item for a replacement or to make a refund, which will go onto the card, used when you made your purchase. We are not able to refund postage charges but we will send any exchange items free of postage charges.
You have a right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of your purchase. This seven day period begins the day after you receive the items. Please notify us in writing within seven working days that you wish to cancel your order and that you intend to return the item(s) you may contact us firstname.lastname@example.org
You must send your return by post to Aubeterre Blue, 114 Reaver House, 12 East Street, Epsom KT17 1HX.
You need to complete the reverse side of the delivery note with the details of the items you are returning and enclose the note with your returned parcel. Please let us know whether you require an exchange or a refund and always include a daytime telephone number and your email address in case we need to contact you about the return. If you no longer have your delivery note, please include a letter giving your name, address, customer number if possible, email address and daytime telephone number plus a note of what you are returning and why, and whether you want a refund or exchange for another product.

Parcels are returned at your own cost, and we advise you to obtain a certificate of postage from the Post Office as we are only responsible for your parcel once it has been received into our warehouse. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned.
Occasionally an item may be faulty. If you have identified the fault within 30 days of purchase, then you can return the item under our normal return procedure for exchange or refund. Please let us know about the fault so we can make sure other items are not affected. We will refund any postage on a faulty item, and ensure you are reimbursed for standard return postage on the item.
